Contribute to the promotion of the objectives of the Constitution of UNIDO
Safeguard the rights and promote and defend your interests as members of the Union in all matters of conditions of employment and work as well as general welfare
Ensure that our conditions of employment and our work conforms to the highest principles
Defend your interests at joint staff-management negotiations
make the best possible services available to you and assist you where we possibly can

Setting up effective staff representation both UNIDO internally and at the global Staff Federation level
Share recommendations with the Director General and his representatives to ensure the best possible conditions of service
maintain close relationships with other Unions that offer value to our objectives
maintain a relationship to the population of former UNIDO colleagues
